When the four-property AVIA Hotel group realized its hotels were attracting guests but their food & beverage outlets were lacking traffic, they turned to Company B to shine a spotlight.
To promote their unique hotel bars and restaurants in Savannah, Georgia; Long Beach and Napa in California; and The Woodlands in Texas, Company B developed a brand-driven design and digital marketing strategy.
Company B launched AVIA’s monthly A-Lister email campaign to drive food & beverage traffic. The effort included on-property promotional materials to reach guests and strategic social media campaigns to foster engagement. Eventually this led to our creating PALETTE, an editorially driven quarterly e-magazine designed to highlight all four AVIA hotel locations.
The work resulted in a steady increase in website traffic, new F&B customers, thousands of dollars in room sales and (we’d like to think) caught the eye of Hyatt which bought AVIA and its parent company Lodgeworks, today branded as Andaz and Hyatt hotels.
