Among Boston’s most iconic and historic properties is the Lenox Hotel. Nestled in the heart of Boston’s storied Back Bay neighborhood, the hotel has an incredibly loyal repeat customer base and is as famous for its exceptional service and its prime location and gorgeous building. After being faced with challenges from their five-year-old website and unintentional branding, the Lenox looked to Company B to help solidify true story and create a highly functional website designed to attract a new customer base that have yet to experience the legendary service found at the Lenox.
We begin most of our branding assignments with a Discovery session. Therefore, our team flew out to Boston to meet with all the key players (and then some) to really dig in to capture the unique personality of the property while establishing goals and objectives for the project. After a two day session, the B team was back in Milwaukee to hit the ground running on this exciting new project.
From the friendly bellmen at the door to an intuitive concierge, Company B’s goal was to discover and highlight the on site personalities that make each and every guest stay perfect. With that, Company B created clever brand messaging, refreshed logo, stunning imagery and a rich and vibrant color palette.
After art directing a multi-day photoshoot, Company B was now equipped to develop an on brand and robust new website featuring candid photography, an interesting and interactive blog with expert staff articles, a map that demonstrates the hotel’s heart of Boston location and a custom social media aggregator that brings the guest into the website.
