Despite being the long-standing market leader, this nationally award-winning hotel doesn’t rest on its laurels. In 2013, when Company B suggested a brand refresh to keep the property relevant, we set out to capture the stories about the hotel and its guests. The new website and “SideCar” blog and email marketing reflect these experiences.
